Billing FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often about subscriptions, credits and invoices.

Billing units

Everything is denominated in minutes of audio processed, rounded up to the next second. Translation is free. WebSocket connection time while idle (no audio) is free.

Plan changes

Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated to your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle — Pro features keep working until then.

Credit packs are unaffected by plan changes. Balances roll over and never expire.

Refunds

Unused monthly quota cannot be refunded. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no part of the pack has been spent — write to [email protected].
