Credits & quota
Varmir bills per minute of audio. Subscription quota refills monthly; credit packs never expire and kick in once the quota is exhausted.
How credits work
One credit = one minute of processed audio. The clock starts the moment the file (or stream) is accepted and stops when the final transcription is sent. We round up to the nearest second.
Translation is free — it's included with every transcription as long as the target language is supported.
Monthly quota
Subscriptions come with a fixed monthly bucket: 100 min on Starter, 8,000 min on Pro, 80,000 min on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next cycle — that's what credits are for.
Top-up packs
Buy a pack from the Billing tab when you need overflow: 1k, 10k or 100k credits. Credits are spent automatically after the monthly quota is empty, and they never expire — paid balance just stacks.
