What we do
Varmir is a multilingual speech-to-text engine with built-in real-time translation. It recognizes speech in many languages — including Ukrainian, Russian, and English — and can translate the result on the fly. It runs on the web, and through a developer API for builders and teams.
How it works
At the core is the Varmir Engine — our own speech recognition, translation, and language-modeling stack, fine-tuned and optimized in-house. It's built to run on GPU for low latency and on CPU for affordable deployment, so the same engine scales from a laptop to a server.
Why we built it
Good transcription shouldn't be locked to one language or one platform. We're building the tool we wanted: accurate, fast, multilingual, and simple to integrate.
Languages
Varmir recognizes speech in 200+ languages and translates between them. Ukrainian, Russian and English are fine-tuned for extra accuracy, and the language can be detected automatically or set explicitly on each request.
Who it's for
Indie developers and teams use Varmir for live captioning, dictation, meeting transcription and multilingual voice interfaces — anywhere audio needs to become text, in any language, as it's spoken.
