What we collect

• Account data — your email, name, and authentication details (or your Google sign-in identifier).
• Usage data — minutes processed, API requests, and billing records needed to operate and bill the service.
• Audio you submit — processed to return transcripts and translations.

How we use audio

Audio is processed only to produce your transcription and translation. We do not sell your audio or use your content to train public models without your consent. Streaming audio is processed in memory and not retained after the result is returned, except transient buffering required to run the model.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number — Paddle does. We receive only the transaction metadata needed for invoices and fulfilment.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies for sign-in sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service — for example our hosting provider and Paddle for payments. We disclose data if required by law.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data. To request deletion, email [email protected]. We retain billing records for as long as required by law.
