Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Varmir. Here's when and how refunds work.
Subscriptions
If something went wrong — you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service didn't work for you — request a refund within 14 days of the charge. Unused monthly quota for a past cycle isn't refundable, but we review every request fairly.
Credit packs
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no part of the pack has been spent. Partially used packs are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Open your Billing page, find the payment in your invoice history, and click Request refund. Tell us briefly why. We review each request manually; once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can also email [email protected].
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually processed within a few business days. The time for the money to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
